At Touch of Tweed, all of our collections are proudly inspired by nature and the beauty of the UK’s landscapes from the luscious countryside to the picturesque coast.
We have really missed being able to get to the coast over the past year but hooray for staycations and beach trips which are now firmly back in the diary!
Grab those boots (or flip flops) as we take you through our inspiration and proudly share how we’ve woven our much-loved coastline into every collection.
SO where exactly does the inspiration come from?
Is there anything more colourful than a quaint seaside town with rows of pastel houses, colourful deckchairs, and blue shades of the water
So how exactly do we use nature to inspire our collections?
Easy, we spend hours exploring the coast and countryside and we take time to absorb our surroundings, in particular the colours, so whether that’s a splash of colour from colourful blooms popping up on clifftops and the abundance of flowerpots that line shorefront gardens, or the tranquil shades of blue of the cornish coast.
Nature shows us which colours work well and how a pop of colour can really make our collections unique.
