They’re half of you, you’re half of them

Did you ever wonder how your mum just knew what you were doing or thinking?

Perhaps you believed her when she told you she had eyes in the back of her head? Even as an Auntie I use this one on my nephews, and for now they believe me, shhh don’t tell them!

Our mums are our first teachers; they can read us like books (even when you think they can’t).

Their job – and yours, if you’re a mum – is to inspire, guide, steer, keep safe, makes things better but above all, love

Mum’s have been doing it since before day one, they know us inside out, they make us the people we are today.

With a bond that strong it’s no surprise that they’re half of us and we are half of them.
