🌟 Can we share a secret with you? 🌟

Since having Jasper we have found that spending time on country walks, enjoying green spaces and bringing nature back into our everyday lives has not only helped our physical well-being but our mental health too.

Research has shown that contact with nature has proven to improve psychological health by reducing stress, enhancing mood and replenishing mental fatigue.

We appreciate that not everyone has time, or the means to spend time outdoors every day, and in the depths of winter we can’t blame you, but here are just a few of the benefits that might encourage you, or you could share with others, of just how great spending time outdoors can be for you:
