Delivery & Returns
Orders will be gift wrapped and sent out within 48hrs of you submitting the order and will be sent via Royal Mail second class signed for.
There will be a charge of £3.00 on all orders in the UK (including to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) under £100
No delivery charges on UK orders (including to the Channel Islands and Isle of Man) on orders over £100
European orders will be sent via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for (may vary per country) A standard delivery charge of £15.00 applies to all European orders
International orders will be sent via Royal Mail, tracked and signed for (may vary per country). A standard delivery charge of £25.00 applies to all international orders.
** Please note we will be away from Monday 12th July to Monday 19th July, any orders placed over this week will be sent on our return **
If you wish to return an item you must to do within 14 days of receiving your goods. Products must be returned to us in the original condition, unworn, with all the tags attached.
We will not accept worn, damaged, altered or used goods.
Bespoke belts and made to order blankets are non-refundable unless there is a fault due to manufacture
Please email and we will send you the instructions on how to return the product.
If you wish to exchange an item please contact us and we will be more than happy to see what we can do.
We reserve the right to refuse any returned item that does not meet our returns policy. Any items received in a non-sellable condition (including but not conclusive to; pet hair, damage through wear and smoke smell) will not be accepted.
